Clarion Johnson

Clarion Everett Johnson, 78, of Eldorado, Iowa died Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at Good Samaritan Society in West Union, Iowa. Clarion was born May 25, 1943, son of Henry and Charlotte Johnson. He attended school at Dover #2 and Dover #3 country schools. He also attended high school at West Union until 1961. Clarion did odd jobs for farmers and worked at Goodwill. He received his GED in 1987. Clarion was a good artist and displayed his pencil drawings at the Fayette County Fair.

Clarion lived in the Eldorado area most of his life until he sold his house and moved to West Union into an apartment. He was a resident of the Good Samaritan Home in West Union for almost ten years.

Preceding Clarion in death were his parents, Henry and Charlotte John; and one brother, David Johnson.

A private family inurnment will be held at a later date.

Burnham-Wood-Grau Funeral Home and Cremation Service of West Union, Iowa is assisting the family with arrangements.
