Eye Clinic closes due to COVID-19 concerns

West Union’s Woodland Eye Clinic will be closed until July 22nd due to a potential CoVID-19 exposure to staff.

“With the help of the Fayette County Public Health Department investigation it was deemed that NO patients or members of the public were exposed,” the clinic announced on it’s Facebook page last week.

“Your health and safety is our top priority and our safety measures we have in place helped to keep the risk of exposure away from any patients,” said Dr. Joshua Woodland. “Our West Union office will be closed for 2 weeks for cleaning and monitoring our staff out of an abundance of caution.”

The Dyersville and Elkader offices remain open and ready to serve customers as safely as possible.
