The 2019 Winneshiek County Fair is officially underway this week, but plenty of fun and entertainment remains on the schedule for the remainder of the week.

Among the highlighted entertainment yet to take place is a special retirement recognition ceremony for longtime Fair supporter Edna Schrandt at 5 p.m. today in the variety tent.

The Grandstand entertainment will feature the excitement of the Rogue Rodeo at 7 p.m. Wednesday, followed by the roars of the NTPA Truck and Tractor Pull at 7 p.m. on Thursday night.

Friday’s entertainment will feature the music of Challenger at 7:30 p.m. and Cherry Pie at 9 p.m., while the week will culminate with the sounds of Clare Dunn (7:30 p.m.) and Josh Turner (9 p.m.) on Saturday.

Fair buttons are currently available at the Winneshiek County Fairgrounds in Decorah for $35 each.
