Sarah Teague

Sarah Teague, 37, of Westgate, Iowa, died Friday morning, January 11, 2019 at her home, after a courageous battle with cancer, with her family at her side.

Celebration of Life Service: 1:00 P.M. Saturday, January 19, 2019 in the upper level of the Maynard Community Hall in Maynard with Pastor Jeffrey Hanson officiating.

Visitation: 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Saturday, January 19, 2019 at the Maynard Community Hall in Maynard.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to her family.

Sarah Elaine Teague was born December 9, 1981 at Brookfield, Wisconsin, the daughter of Jeffrey Michael and Debra Lyn (Malecki) Hanson.  She attended Milton High School and later graduated from NICC with an Associates Degree in Business.  On September 27, 2014, she was united in marriage to Loren Matthew Teague at the Maynard Community Hall in Maynard.  Sarah was employed at Tri Mark in New Hampton.  She enjoyed baking, photography, living life and hanging out at home with her kids.

Sarah is survived by her husband: Loren Teague of Westgate; 3 daughters: Shianne, Taylor and Sydney all at home; father and step-mother: Jeffrey and Carmen Hanson of Janesville, Wisconsin; mother: Debra Hanson of Whitewater, Wisconsin; sister: Jessica (Rob) Nuti of Stoughton, Wisconsin; 2 brothers: Josh (Anna) Hanson of Janesville, Wisconsin and Jonathan Hanson of Whitewater, Wisconsin; step-brother: Lucas Brookins of Janesville, Wisconsin; paternal grandmother: Sandra Hanson of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; parents-in-law: Dean and Melinda Teague of Randalia; brother-in-law: Michael (Christy) Teague of Maynard; and many nieces and nephews.

 She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather: Donald Hanson; maternal grandparents: Audrey and Bill Malecki; and a brother: Jeffrey Hanson.
