Frances Graham

Frances Graham, formerly a longtime resident of Hawkeye and West Union, will be celebrating her 95^th birthday on Wednesday, Dec. 14, with a card shower.

While a resident of the area, Frances was for many years the office manager and a local historian at the Fayette County Historical Center in West Union.
