On Monday, July 8, 2013, Ignacio and Jennifer Fuentes of Elgin happily welcomed a new addition to their family. 

Daughter Kiana Dominique was born at Palmer Lutheran Health Center. She weighed 10 lbs. 6.5 oz. and was 22.6 inches in length.

Kiana joins brother Andre, 7, and sister Isabella, 5, at home.

Grandparents are Lonnie and Mary Ann Brekke of West Union and Yessid and Gladys Fuentes of Bogota, Colombia.

Great-grandmothers are Eileen Molokken and Thelma Brekke, both of West Union, and Helena Fuentes of Ibague, Colombia.
